Description
This course is a detailed study of Minnesota Traffic Statutes and Minnesota Statutory Law. The course will include the understanding of key traffic related terms, laws regarding driving while impaired, and describe the violation of driving rules. This course also includes the classification of crime, definitions and principals of Minnesota Criminal Code, and be able to identify and document the elements of a crime. Minnesota P.O.S.T. objectives will be covered in this course.
